Bring your own router
No PPPoE, no VLAN, no username or password: plug it in and it gets an address. On FTTN and FTTB it needs to be a VDSL2 modem-router. We’ll help you set it up.
IPv6, and a public IPv4 if you want one
A native IPv6 /60 on every plan. IPv4 is shared with other customers (CGNAT) unless you add your own public address, $10 a month.

nbn brings the line to your door. Everything after that is ours: the routers, the addressing and the broadband gateway every NYX connection lands on. So when something’s wrong, we can see it, and we fix it ourselves.

When something breaks, you’ll hear it from us.

Faults go on our network status page as soon as we know about them, with what’s happening and what happens next, and we keep it updated until it’s fixed. If it’s just your line, open a ticket from your account and we’ll test it from our end while you watch.
